A lot of the fun challenges that I've faced came from my actual employment opportunities. With the NSYWH, I took a large role in running their podcast series, which ran for almost 30 episodes. I also put together their thanksgiving mealkit video, but, since I didn't understand the importance of archiving ones own work, I can only find an article which refers to it.
Throughout most of my life, I've had involvement at our own store, The Elegant Gourmet. When I started picking up on digital content creation, this naturally pivoted me into a social media role, which gave me plenty of experience in photography, photoshop work, and online advertising for our business.
